Dior Spring 2016 Paris fashion week show:
Raf Simon graced Paris fashion week with his beautiful vision of a fashion show. Dior 2016 Spring collection had left nothing unconsidered from the dreamland of a venue to the elegant garments, this show was truly a fantasy.
Lets start by talking about Dior’s venue because it itself was a whimsical fairytale. Located in the center of the historical Louvre’s Cour Carrée Dior created a man-made hill covered in 400,000 delphiniums for its show.
But don't just take my word for how marvelous it was. Below are pictures of the stunning venue.
The elegant scene drew in many VIP quests such as Rihanna, Emilia Clarke, Marisa Berenson, Leelee Sobieski, Elizabeth Olsen and Simons muse Hanne Gaby.

The show opened up with Dior’s favorite model Sofia Mechetner in a sophisticated matching white top and shorts ensemble. Every look was paired with the same shoe silhouette, an ankle-strap mule with a pointed toe and buckle detailing. The show featured cropped sweaters with scalloped edging, sheer garments and duffel bags. A sheer trend carried throughout the entire show, and each garment was beautifully crafted.
Dior's spring 2016 Paris show will be a hard one to forget for many season to come.
